This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later at a convenience store, post office, bank, or LINE Pay after confirming receipt of the product. The invoice will be mailed separately from the merchandise.

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Time of delivery of services or products
The products are completely made-to-order and will be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks after payment is confirmed (for deferred payment, after order confirmation).
The above period is based on business days. We do not manufacture or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Delivery may be delayed due to delivery periods (Golden Week, New Year holidays), weather conditions, and other circumstances.
